The first plug I'd like to give is to go see "Beyond The Sea ~ An all dance production!
This amazing show is the senior project of one of my students ~ Isaiah Silvia-Chandley.  Isaiah has created, produced, directed and choreographed the entire cast of over 100 dancers, singers and actors.

What are you waiting for?

I ask myself the same question when faced with something new, i.e.; a project I wonder how to begin, making a challenging phone call, creating new choreography for the recital, or ~~ starting a Blog!!

  • Tips for dancers and theatre performers
  • Nutritional information
  • Healthy stretching
  • Auditions
  • Show to see
  • and much more
